Welcome to our FAQ page! Here, you'll find answers to the most common questions about ordering, delivery, payments, and returns. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us directly.


Ordering

How can I place an order? You can place your order directly through our website. For your protection and ours, we do not take payments over the phone.

How do I change my order? If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at info@fishingpellets.com or call us on 01827 712297. Please note that the phone will be answered as "CPS Tackle" – this is our tackle shop, but you're definitely through to the right place, and we’ll be happy to help.

I did not receive my order confirmation. What can I do? If you haven't received your order confirmation, please contact us. We can search for your order using your name or address and resend the confirmation if needed.

How do I find the product I’m looking for on the website? You can either use the search bar at the top of the website or navigate through our menus to find what you need.

Do you have everything in stock? Yes, we run live stock levels on our website. While we strive for 100% accuracy, occasional stock errors can occur. If this happens, we'll contact you via email or phone.

How do I contact Fishing Pellets? You can contact us by email at info@fishingpellets.com or call us on 01827 712297. Alternatively, you can reach us through our social media pages, either Apex Baits or Fishingpellets.com – all messages come directly to us.

Delivery Information

Which courier service do you use? We use DX for all next-working-day deliveries and orders over 2kg. For smaller orders under 2kg, we use Royal Mail.

How can I track my parcel? You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website, whether it’s DX or Royal Mail.

What should I do if there's a problem with my delivery? If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us. We have direct lines to the couriers and can help resolve the problem.

How long does delivery take? Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout. Around 90% of deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days.

I need my bait for the weekend. When is the latest I can place my order? If you need your bait for the weekend, the latest you can order is Thursday before 3pm, selecting the "Next Working Day Delivery" option. Please note we don’t currently offer Saturday delivery.

What happens if I'm not in when the courier attempts delivery? Our parcels require a signature upon delivery and cannot be left in a safe place. If you're not home, the courier will leave a calling card with further instructions.

Payments

Which payment options are available? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

Can I purchase a Fishing Pellets gift card? Yes, Fishing Pellets gift cards are available to purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return unwanted goods? Yes, you can. Please visit our dedicated returns page for full details.

What should I do if I receive incorrect or damaged goods?

  • Damaged Goods: If your parcel arrives damaged, please accept it as "delivered damaged." If the damage is excessive, you can refuse the delivery, and the parcel will be returned to us. In either case, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

  • Incorrect Goods: If you've received incorrect items, please email us at info@fishingpellets.com with your order number and photos of the items received. We'll investigate and rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Where can I direct any complaints? If you have any complaints, please don’t hesitate to call or email us. We're always happy to help.

Can I return an item paid for with a gift card? Yes, items purchased with a gift card can be returned.

Do you offer bulk discounts? While we don’t offer standard bulk discounts, if you’re looking to order large quantities, please get in touch – we may be able to help.
