Protecting Freshness from Preparation to Delivery

Our packaging process is designed to ensure freshness across all our products, whether it's particle mixes, hemp, or other bait types:

  • Some mixes are vacuum-sealed while still hot, preserving their natural oils and attractants that make them highly effective. This method also ensures a tight seal for safe shipping.

  • Other mixes require longer soaking periods, sometimes up to 48 hours, allowing them to fully absorb nutrients and create a rich, gloopy liquid that enhances their effectiveness. Once prepared, they are sealed and frozen to prevent spoilage and maintain quality.

Freezing for Peak Performance

All of our products are frozen before shipping. This process locks in freshness and ensures safer delivery. While they remain frozen for approximately 18-24 hours in transit (depending on weather conditions), customers can simply refreeze them upon arrival to maintain peak quality.

  • Custom-fitted packaging – We cut boxes to fit products precisely, minimizing unwanted movement and potential crushing.

  • 15 years of testing – Our packaging has been rigorously tested under real-world conditions to ensure reliability.

Efficient, Same-Day Shipping Process

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive fresh bait within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

  • Order Cut-Off Time – Orders placed before 3 PM are packed and shipped the same day.

  • Courier Services –

    • DX for orders over 2kg and all next-working-day deliveries. DX provides precise tracking and 7-day customer service support.

    • Royal Mail for smaller orders (2kg and below).

  • Upcoming Weekend Delivery – Saturday delivery options will be available soon.

What to Do If There’s an Issue

In the rare event of a damaged package:
